Request for the Ministry’s review of MBIE’s modelling and emissions estimates for the Crown Minerals Act

Could I please request, under the Official Information Act, the MFE review of MBIE’s modelling and emissions estimates in relation to the changes to the Crown Minerals Act.

“The Ministry for Business, Innovation, and Employment provided the Ministry for the Environment (MfE) with estimates of the emissions impact of repealing the offshore ban on gas exploration. MfE reviewed their modelling and emissions estimates, concluding that the modelling followed good practice and used reasonable assumptions.”
