Oyster lodged an application for a referred project (referred to as "the Waihoehoe Precinct" under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast Track) Consenting Act 2020 (the Act) on 26 February 2021.
We understand that Auckland Council (and CCOs) and various government agencies were invited by the Minister for the Environment (the Minister) to provide written comments on the application for a referred project.
We understand that these comments were required to be provided to the Minister by 19 May 2021. We are seeking a copy of these comments sent to the Minister on the application for a referred project (the Waihoehoe Precinct) made by Oyster.
