Request for draft allocative baselines for ETS

Details of the request

I request the following information under the Official Information Act:

• I understand that draft revised allocative baselines have been sent to ETS participants undertaking activities eligible for industrial allocation, following on from the legislative change in 2023.
• I request a copy of the draft allocative baselines that have been sent out, for each activity and prescribed product.
