Request for breakdown of Greenhouse Gas Inventory data

I have been browsing through the MfE website, as well as the “1990-2019 New Zealand’s Green house Gas Inventory” publication and wonder whether it might be possible to access data which breaks down the data by region/unitary authority and possibly also by individual council area
