Request for advice on the second emissions reduction plan

Details of the request

Please can you provide the following information?

1. All official advice underpinning the development of the second emissions reductions plan (currently being consulted on), including but not limited to Ministerial briefings, internal memos to MfE Leadership Team, policy analysis, summaries of modelling.
2. Any analysis of the risks of delivery of different policy options considered, including risks on a policy or sector basis, if not captured by 1
3. Any cost-benefit analysis of different emissions reductions options, if not captured by 1 or 2.
