Details of the request

Question 1: WHO document for benzene, states that "Reduce exposure at petrol filling stations as far as possible by following best practices in location, design and extraction" and to separate the dwellings from the petrol products. Why are there no regulations, does the ministry undermine health impact due to Service Stations.

Question 2: As expected, the hearing panel have ignored the WHO recommendations due to the lack of national regulations. They have clearly stated that there are no regulations, if there are health impacts to me or my family what I should be doing?

Categorizing the health impacts, currently they are both psychological due to reading these documents and not getting any guidance just knocking door to door and definitely later due to leaving so close to the Service Station

Question 3: What options as per ministry I am having request for some help on public domain and fight the case.
