Advice, papers, or email correspondence prepared by officials on the topic of whether or not bus routes fall under the definition of rapid transit service in s1.4 of the NPS-UD. Note that I write this in the context of former Minister Twyford confirming that s1.4 Interpretation of 'Rapid transit service' is intended to include high frequency bus services on major arterials alongside grade separated rapid transit like rail and the Northern Busway (reference here: https://twitter.com/PhilTwyford/status/1410493165220495363?s=19).
