Can MfE or EPA please send me all the information that it has received from Te Rimu Trust as part of its application for fast-track consenting, including any information following the decision to decline the application?
I understand the Trust received up to $2.8m from the government to help fund feasibility, design, costing and consent work for the barge proposal. Can MfE or EPA (or the relevant government department) please send copies of this information too?
