What is the scientific basis for the adoption of the so called "Split-Gas" approach which has resulted in the different treatment of the gases, in the CCRA? I would appreciate being supplied with the scientific basis for the separation of methane andother GHGs in the CCRA), and any policy papers which outline any agreement between Government, Primary Industry, and the Climate Commission which specify the basis of the different treatment of methane and other GHGs.
