Details of the request
1. Copies of all correspondence between yourselves and the Otago Regional Council (ORC) concerning Plan Change 8 (including any correspondence etc relating to the Environment Court and any mediation) and the same for any correspondence etc
concerning Plan Change 7.
2. Notes of any meetings or other contact to do with either of the above plan changes between yourselves and ORC.
3. Details of any calls as above between yourselves and ORC with times of calls, participants and the nature of the calls, ie what they were about even if there are no formal notes.
4. These queries to cover all ORC staff, governors and contractors. The above inquiries are for the period 1/7/21 to today (06/12/21)
