Under the OIA I request copies (including any attachments) of the following:
All correspondence and documents (including but not limited to briefing notes, analyses) provided by the Ministry for the Environment on the prominence of environmental functions and priorities within the new proposed Ministry of Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport.
Any risks, concerns identified, potential adverse impacts identified by the Ministry for the Environment arising from the Ministry being brought together under the new proposed Ministry of Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport.
Where such risks or concerns were provided to any Minister or Ministers, I also request any response received and any follow up communication.
Where a document that falls under scope of this request cannot be released, please supply a summary of that document’s contents. Where any document falls under the scope of this request, please release it in full, including sections which might otherwise be considered out of scope.
