I see from the emails that the panel and/or the chair agreed to meet with a number of stakeholders. Under the OIA, I request that you provide:

1. A list of all individuals or groups who met with the panel, its chair or its members to discuss the methane science and targets review.
2. Meeting notes from all meetings mentioned in point 1.
   
   I also see that stakeholder engagement was due to be discussed at the panel meeting on 23 July. Under the OIA, I request that you release:
3. The agenda and meeting notes from this meeting.
