I would like to make a request under the OIA concerning some land purchased made by Solid energy in Rolleston Christchurch.
The purchases involve 3 properties:
1) 23 Hoskyns Road small plot about 1 ha or less, purchased by Solid Energy (SE) in 2001
2)25 Hoskyns Road 2.9ha Purchased by SE 2003.
3)35Hoskyns Road (part) approx. 3 Ha purchased by SE in 2007.
I would like to request all and every bit of information available on these purchases please, including; prices paid, registered valuations which would have been required as a statutory obligation. We would also like to request any documentation of the negotiating process for these 3 properties.
