Details of the request
* I request the following information regarding under also section 23(1) of the OIA (1987) regarding an alleged contract under the term RMA 101 involving Mr Robert McClean Manager of RMA Practice Ministry for Environment of reports and hui notes regarding iwi consultation and engagement in Northland for RMA and any plans to develop multi hapu – iwi management plan for RMA ( the Resource Management Act 1991 between Local Authorities in particular The Whangarei District Council and local hapu and iwi of Whangarei between January 4th 2016- June 2019.
* All emails sent to Mr Robert McClean or Lorena Stephen sent between January 3rd 2016- May 31th 2019 regarding RMA consultation or planning hui in Whangarei with local iwi groups such as Te Huinga and Te Karearea.
* A copy of the RMA 101 Project and application for funding by the Ministry for the Environment as a Government Department to the Minister for the Environment and letter of approval granted by his office.
* The letter or emails signed under delegated authority by the Ministry of the Environment of the Office of the Minister for the Environment the granting of this project by your department outlining its aims and objectives funding and the amount granted and its terms and conditions.
