Funding committed to the Environmental Defense Society's Oceans Reform Project

Details of the request

I am requesting, under the Official Information Act, copies of all relevant information
related to:

• How much funding MFE has committed and is intending to commit to the EDS project;

• The source of the funding within MFE’s budget, and the criteria for accessing or using that funding;

• Any terms of reference or other conditions that define or guide what MFE expects EDS to produce from the use of the funds; and

• All correspondence between the parties (EDS, MFE, other funders of the
project and, if relevant, Ministers) in relation to the funding of the project.
