I am (redacted) , a doctoral student at the University of Auckland Business School. I am writing to kindly inquire the data availability of New Zealand Unit prices in 2008 and 2009. My research focuses on the governance effectiveness of the NZ ETS and the data of New Zealand unit prices is extremely important to me. I have endeavored to collect New Zealand Units price data, but I cannot find the figures for 2008 and 2009. Considering that Ministry of Environment is one of the most important regulators of the NZ ETS, I would like to inquire you the following questions:
- Is there pricing for New Zealand Units in 2008 and 2009?
- If the answer to the previous question is yes, then where can I find the data?
