Pursuant to the Official Information Act, I request:
- All documents held by MFE concerning or relating to the EPA
determination that the application of double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) to the cells of almost all plants and animals is not genetic modification (APP203395, 1 May 2018);
- Including but not limited to assessments, responses, and comments
associated with the determination;
- Including emails and any attachments;
- That are dated 1 July 2019 or later and have not already been provided
to the Sustainability Council.
