Details of the request
The following information from the commencement of introduction of the Carbon Tax from its introduction on 1st April 2007 until 1st April 2010.
Separately for the following categories but not limited to:
* Petroleum Products - Petrol/Diesel/ Lubricating Oils/ Natural Gas/ LPG Gas
* Coal mining
* Oil Refineries
* Jet Fuel
* Geothermal Energy for process of heat or electricity generation
* Imports of Coal/ Oil Refineries/ Carbon Anodes/ Pitch/ Black
* Any other Carbon Tax collected and to specifically identified in the above points.
Please advise: * Where Carbon Tax Revenue is accounted for in the Governments accounts.
Please advise: * Where the Carbon Tax Revenue is allocated for spending.
