Kyoto Protocol Documents

Details of the request

I would like to request unredacted versions of the documents released in this OIA:

Given that a decade has passed, the 2013-2020 target is now complete, and that the Kyoto Protocol has not continued, I imagine that the basis for most if not all of the withholdings in these documents no longer applies.

And for clarification - I'm asking for the full versions of these papers so that includes sections that were deemed out of scope in the previous response.
