Details of the request
Under the Official Information Act, I request any quantified estimates, completed in the last two years, of the effectiveness of any government policy in reducing emissions measured in terms of cost per tonne of emissions reduced or abated. This request covers estimates to support a proposed policy and estimates done after the implementation of a policy. This request covers all government policies regardless of whether their main purpose is to reduce emissions. This request excludes the cost per tonne emissions performance estimates done by the Interim Climate Change Committee.
