“Copies of any correspondence received by Minister Parker fitting the parameters as below.

The parameters of any such correspondence are as follows:

Occurring during the period between 1 July 2018 and today (28 August 2018).

Sender being any of the following:

- Mr Toro Waaka or

- by or on behalf of tāngata whenua members of the Hawke's Bay Regional Planning Committee or

- by or on behalf of Treaty settlement entities in the Hawke's Bay region (individually or collectively).

Plus any correspondence in return from the Minister or the Ministry to any of the above.

Plus any briefing papers or advice in writing from officials to the Minister regarding any correspondence referred above.

This includes any correspondence received by the Minister for the Environment that were since transferred to the Ministry for the Environment.”
