Can I please request the following information under the Official Information Act. 
 
Re Independent methane review panel

1. Communication between MFE staff and
   1. the methane panel members individually or collectively
   2. members and staff of the Climate Change Commission
   3. ministers' offices
   4. others outside MFE
2. Internal communications among MFE staff
3. Reports, scientific or other papers, information and advice submitted to the Panel  by or through MFE.
4. Information regarding the elaboration of the press statement issued on the release of the Panel's report, in particular regarding the rationale for the omission of one of the three summary points drawn up by the Panel

Note this request concerns only matters relating to the substance of the Panel's work, not administrative matters.
