Communications regarding formation of advisory rōpū and appointments to it

I refer to Minister Parker’s answer to written parliamentary question (WPQ) 16464 (2022) where it says “discussions about the formation of an advisory rōpū began in late June 2020 and contracts were agreed in late October 2020.”
I request the following information:
 All communications (including via text and messaging platforms),
correspondence and written reports the Ministry for the Environment received or produced regarding the formation of this advisory rōpū and appointments to it.
 Where any such communications or correspondence requested occurred orally, I request the best recollection of these and the date and time they occurred
