Brief and cabinet paper on the updated NDC

Details of the request

Any MFAT authored brief to the Minister for Climate Change and/or Cabinet relating to the update of New Zealand’s first NDC. This was for the immediate period leading up to the Glasgow Conference of the Parties meeting in December 2021 where NZ announced its updated NDC. A recent OIA response from MfE contained a Cabinet Minute (CAB-2-MIN-0434) that refers to an accompanying paper Progressing International Cooperation to Reduce Emissions and Complement Domestic Action (CAB-21-SUB-0435). Could I also request this, if it has not already been proactively
released.
