Breakdown by GHGs of the year-by-year emissions projections

I’m seeking a breakdown by GHG of the year by year emissions projections on page 2 of the ERP2 consultation at a glance document [PDF, 2 MB]; Also shown in a screenshot below.

I anticipate this data may be available in the form of a report and an Excel file or files.

My purpose in seeking the information is to be able to distinguish short and long-lived gases within the totals.

I note there have been substantial OIA request releases.  Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to find there the information I’m seeking.
