Dear MfE
I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act.
- Has the Ministry provided any advice to the Minister for the Environment, the Minister for Regulation, the Minister for RMA reform or any other members of cabinet regarding the issue of "regulatory takings" in either the RMA reforms or the regulatory standards bill?
- If so, please provide a copy of this advice.
- Please provide a list of all documents, including both their title and date, held by the Ministry, that have considered the issue of "regulatory takings".
- A copy of all documents outlined in the above list (in response to question 3).
