Details of the request
A) I would be very grateful if you could direct me to documents, briefings, reports or otherwise, relevant to the scope above, which sets out the NZ Government's current policy position in relation to trading international units (or advice to this effect).
B) Additionally, I assume there is a publicly available UN repository of Art 6 draft texts (and perhaps transcripts too?) from the recent Katowice talks. If you could point me to this I'd be most appreciative.
