Statutory close down Resource Management and Fast-track referrals

The Ministry's Resource Management and Fast-track Referrals systems will be closed during the statutory holiday period from 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026.

No applications will be processed or progressed. Normal operations will resume on Monday 12 January 2026.

During this period applicants will still be able to lodge an application in the Fast-track portal but, applicants need to remember it will not be formally received between these dates. The applications will not be actioned until Monday 12 January 2026.
