  1. Pursuant to subclause 2(1) of Schedule 1AA of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment gives notice that there has been an amendment to material currently incorporated by reference in the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Plantation Forestry) Regulations 2017 (“Regulations”).
  2. Schedule 2, item 9 of the Regulations refers to “Fish Spawning Indicator” and the version of the classification is July 2017. This has been updated by a new version of “Fish Spawning Indicator” which is dated September 2019.
  3. The amendment to the material described in paragraph 2 above takes effect as part of the Regulations from Tuesday 22 December 2020.

Copies of the incorporated material (including previous versions) may be inspected free of charge at the Ministry for the Environment, Environment House, 23 Kate Sheppard Place, Thorndon, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The material may also be accessed via https://www.mpi.govt.nz/forestry/national-environmental-standards-plantation-forestry/fish-spawning-indicator/.
